About

About The Allison Group

Every person and every organization matters. Now is the time to step up.

Foresight – Adaptation – Co-creation

Our vision

We believe that every organization and even every person can make a positive difference in our mutual futures.

And, it feels important, at this time, to say:

We believe in the human capacity to solve next-level challenges.* Our research supports this belief.

*Next-level challenges are those problems we created as by-products of our successes in a prior historical era.

Our mission

We help organizations and individuals step up by giving them a road map to social change and straightforward, potent tools for bringing their values to the future.

Don’t take our word for it…

“The Allison Group demonstrates that evolution can be natural and life affirming and that we can have confidence in the future.”

Dr. Cheryl O’Brien, Principal Vision for Inclusive Engineering Workforce

Sheila Burnet Nedrow, BS, Principal

  • Strategic direction
  • Manages client presentation experiences

Sheila taught elementary school in rural Idaho for 35 years, focusing on the health and learning of the whole child. Committed to all of her students regardless of limiting circumstances, she learned how to enable or improve the reading skills of every student, as well as how to help children feel accepted and find delight in the world.

She brings this experience to support the Allison Group vision that every person is important and needed during this time of rapid social change.
