Founded and led a joint venture with LoBue Holdings—the Allison~LoBue Group—which created a new product line and generated $800,000 in 9 months.

Cofounded company, which developed intelligent software agents. Two products ready for business-to-business sale within one year.
 
Vice President, Citibank, 1980-1996
Various positions with responsibility for managing the strategy, development, and line implementation of evolving technologies and services on a global basis. Directed the development and implementation of worldwide banking by telephone. Increased percentage of retail financial transactions by phone from less than 1% to over 44% in two years in 16 countries in Asia. Designed and implemented service, operations, and back office systems for Citibank’s Direct Access (consumer banking via personal computer). Opened the first virtual branch. Raised customer satisfaction 25% in 1 year.
