What are the business's core competencies? Have the success factors changed? Who are the stakeholders? How do they interrelate? And, are they the same as the business's last set priorities—or, as is most likely the case—has the situation changed again? Allison Group Dynamic Decision Modeling Programs provide structured supporting systems and processes to enable a management team to fully understand the interaction of the key elements in their business and to determine priorities accordingly. In addition to improved teamwork grounded in shared understanding, at the end of a Decision Modeling program the business has a robust and flexible plan. Because the heart of the plan is the components and their relationship—rather than a fixed projection—the plan is made to adapt easily to changing circumstances. See examples on the next 3 pages. The process, software, and support may be licensed as a package for on-going use. |

In addition to shared understanding, this workshop gives senior managers real tools with which to meet the challenges inherent in navigating a business through the shoals of constant change, market volatility, and information overload. Once the key elements, the relationships among them, and the actual or projected implementation status has been identified, the support software generates projections ("success scores") reflecting back the implications of the discussion thus far. We then facilitate a series of real-time, interactive sessions testing and improving the elements and resulting forecasts. The group may choose to compare various alternatives, as well as to work with the system's prescriptive capabilities to generate greater likelihood of success. The result is an improved understanding of the risks and rewards involved, the elements and relationships most crucial for success, enhanced commitment to the newly established or re-confirmed goals. If desired, software licensing and follow-up services are available for tracking changes and driving implementation success. |

Licensing enables companies to: safeguard and update the knowledge generated during the session. It provides substantive addition to key man insurance, insuring that successors can fully understand prior thinking and priority setting. record changes in the environment and actual results during implementation to discuss their implications using the success score and prescriptive components of the system, as needed. use the presentation capabilities of the system to generate alignment and momentum throughout the organization. Licensing is customized for each client; please contact us for more information. Dynamic Decision Modeling is a joint offering of the Allison Group and S3 International. |
