The Allison Group was founded in 1980, when our first client asked us to provide a management training program for veterinary residents at the world class Animal Medical Center in New York City who were better at healing animals than supervising people. Since then, we’ve worked with for-profit, government, and non-profit clients on three continents.

Allison Group program design is led by Mary Ann Allison and is based on a combination or rigorous scientific principles and skinned knees (decades of experience in large organizations).

We’re very proud of the fact that most of our business is repeat business or comes from introductions made by people who have worked with us in the past.

All of our team members have deep experience in the areas in which they provide services. And all of us have multiple interests and associations.
